Lenisna — rebuild firmness from within
Lenisna is a hybrid biostimulator — tiny PDLLA microspheres plus non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid — that encourages your own skin to rebuild collagen. It works gradually rather than instantly, restoring the support underneath the skin so the face looks firmer, lifted and more defined over time. It is one of our go-to treatments for skin laxity and jowling, and it is also one half of our Jowling Package, where it is paired with HIFU for a lift from both the surface and the deeper layers.

What to expect
Your appointment starts with a consultation to map out the areas to treat. Lenisna is given as a course of sessions spaced a few weeks apart, with the exact plan agreed at consultation. Results build gradually as new collagen forms, typically becoming visible over several weeks, and the improvement continues over the months that follow.
Downtime
Very little. Some swelling, redness or bruising for a few days; most people are back to normal life the same day.
